How can I track my order?
Once your order is sent, we will send you the tracking number, in case you have not received the e-mail, check your spam box and if you still do not find it, contact us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
What material is the earring made of?
Each piece is made of different materials, in the product description, of our website, you will find the precise information.
Can I get an allergy on the zipper?
We work with hypoallergenic materials, such as gold-plated brass, among others. You should not have any problem, contact us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com and we will inform you in detail of the article of your interest.
Where are your products made?
Our products, except vintage ones, are designed and assembled in Barcelona.
I need advice to choose a certain earrings, could you help me?
We will be happy to help you in your choice. You can send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by direct message to our Instagram account.
I’d like to customize one of your products.
At the moment we do not do orders on request, but if you need a specific closure for a piece we online, you can consult us at email@example.com.
Can I add a note to the order?
Of course. We can add the note you want for your loved one. On the payment screen, you will see a box with the option "special instructions for the seller", there you can write down what you want us to add.
The earring I wanted is sold out. Will you have it again?
Mostly, all our earrings are made with unique pieces and we do not usually make more than 4 or 5 pairs, if the product you want appears as out of stock, unfortunately we will not have stock again, so we encourage you to buy it before it happens.
Can I return my purchased item?
After you have received your order, you have 14 calendar days to make the return. After this period we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order for us to proceed the return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and with the original packaging.
You will have to send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org providing us your order details and we will inform you how to proceed to send us the product. The cost of return is in charge by the customer.
Once we have received your order, we will inform you by email and make the refund or exchange for another product if you have requested it.
Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, we don’t have any physical stores of our own.

Our jewelry is mainly made with gold or silver plated metal. In each product you have the description.
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, liquids, the salt of the sea and the chemical products of the pool might damage it.
To keep your Élida C. piece good and shiny, we recommend you to clean it with a soft cotton cloth after every wear.
Remove your jewelry before sleep.
